We are continuously improving Dolos and the public Forensic Intelligence website so they can be used by as many people as possible, including keyboard-only users and people using screen readers such as VoiceOver.

This statement applies to the public Dolos landing page, subscriptions, help center, how-it-works, message-flow, legal pages, account-deletion flow, contact page, and the public forensicintelligence.ai website.
These public experiences are designed to work across supported languages, on desktop and mobile, and without requiring a mouse.
Measures in place
The current implementation includes the following accessibility measures across the public experience:
- Skip links, clear page landmarks, and focus targets for keyboard and assistive-technology navigation.
- Visible focus states for interactive controls such as links, buttons, form fields, and menus.
- Accessible form labels and translated aria labels for important inputs, dialogs, and navigation controls.
- Decorative icons and non-essential animated elements are hidden from assistive technologies where appropriate.
- Reduced-motion handling and VoiceOver-mode support to minimize distracting decorative effects.
- An accessibility statement link in the footer so users can quickly find support and legal accessibility information.
VoiceOver and screen-reader support
Public pages use semantic landmarks, translated labels, and decorative-icon handling so VoiceOver and other screen readers focus on meaningful content instead of reading presentational icon markup.
When VoiceOver mode is enabled in Dolos, decorative public-page effects are reduced and repeated animated ticker content is suppressed.

If you encounter a barrier on our public pages or need assistance completing a task, email us and include the page, language, device, and assistive technology you are using.
